Established in 2016 by professional real estate entrepreneur Dan Finkler, Puffin Entrepreneurship has completed residential and commercial real estate projects with marked success. Dan's experience both in Israel and in the Unites States, along with his innovative spirit and flexible approach enable to identify new trends and seize exceptional opportunities. Our team at Puffin works closely together to assure smooth execution of the projects from beginning to end.

Transparency

Our investors have full access to details and analytics of each investment, receive detailed quarterly reports of active projects and can view their portfolio allocations on our investor portal anytime. We welcome our investors to plan on-site visits with us to view their investments and any of our company's projects. The team at Puffin is always available and invites you to reach out with questions and inquiries.

We do our due diligence when it comes to carefully examining and sifting through potential projects to ensure they meet clear criteria. Using analytics from leading real estate professionals, having bank support and surveillance systems are a few steps in our approval process as we evaluate whether we should invest in each project.

Dan Finkler // Founder and CEO

Dan has been active in the Tel Aviv real estate industry since 2006. Over the years, he has initiated a variety of projects, from 4-unit boutique properties, to residential towers spanning 34 housing units, from land purchasing to permit acquisition and construction, both independently and as part of a purchasing collective. Dan’s innovative spirit and flexible approach to real estate investment enable him to identify new trends and seize exceptional opportunities and have led him to enter the US real estate market. Dan has been involved in many US projects since 2016, most of them in the blooming area of Dallas Fort Worth (DFW).

Yael Steber // Investor Relations Manager

Yael spent the first 15 years of her career in the Silicon Valley in various management roles at Google. Throughout her time in California, Yael established herself as a real estate investor in the US and in Israel, where she sought out profitable opportunities not compromising on quality and costumer experience. Six years ago, Yael moved back to Israel carrying with her understanding of the US market and business culture. With this knowledge and her work experience in people development and in organizational consulting, Yael is committed to provide clear communication, transparency and integrity for investors.

Liat Nisim // Operations Manager

With over a decade of experience in the Tel Aviv real estate market and eight years of experience in US real estate to her name, Liat is well-versed in the management of projects, operations, and customer relationships. She currently manages the operations of the projects from the initial marketing phase, through every project’s successful completion.

John Mungioli // Operations Manager & Analyst

John studied accounting at Fordham University in New York and began his career at KPMG in The New York office. Since 2011, John has been in the commercial real estate industry in Dallas; holding various positions over the years. He has worked on the principal side and in brokerage, before spending the last five years working for a local family office in Dallas. The bulk of his time, including his most recent role, has been spent sourcing investment opportunities, underwriting prospective investments, and handling due diligence. At Puffin, John focuses on underwriting, due diligence, and asset management.
